There is nothing that I felt anything great about except the ontime Salary Credit. It was a terrible experience working in this company. Management is so so poor. Upper management has no Idea what is going inside the company. Employees and their rights are exploited. No proper timing of lunch or break neither the Overtime allowance is provided for the extra time you work. We have to work 24by7 still we get Appraisal below 8%. The worst part is without any letter on mail or not even in hand we directly received salary, which they said it's a final value. we don't do any negotiation.
