I love the culture of the company. Each one of them is so helpful and nice. I have always felt secured and safe around everyone. I have got many chance to showcase my skills. My efforts are always appreciated. I've got a platform to enhance my skills and learn new skills. All the cross functional teams are so supportive. Proper communication among the team. Company management also provides motivation by throwing parties, providing rewards and asking the employees about if they are fine in the company. HR is so nice and they are so helpful. They introduces new programs for employees for their well being. Company management treats employees above anything. Girls are not allowed to stay late in the company as per the company policy. They do their best for the security of the girls. Proper work life balance. Company also provides work from home to employees as per employees convenience.
