Rentomojo was not providing the incentives to agents after reaching out to OKR Every employee will expect some additional bonus with salerly in the end of the month need to provide at least a base price of $500–$1,000 as an incentive per month.

The only positive aspect of this company is that we receive our salary on time. Other than that, there is nothing else that I like about it.

Work is the only activity that will be conducted, and no leave will be provided. We must request leave one month in advance, and strict timings will be enforced with no breaks allowed for personal needs.

Rntomojo has a very good culture compared to a lot of startups. It's a good place to start your career, and there are so many things to learn. helps to learn many things in a shorter period.

My experience has left me feeling less than satisfied with certain aspects of the work environment. I do admit that I heard this company first time from HR when I got offer. I researched company and really impressed Companies accomplishments and future goals and achievements I joined there will me more opportunities in the future.

I loved the top management and how they treated each and every employee, as there is no point of discrimination in any of the departments, which is the best way to keep the team for a longer period of time, working culture is best here as you will get a lot of opportunities if you are capable enough and on the same a hard working person in your respective field.

Worst culture toxic environment senior management is pathetic no salary increment on the basis of work every other person is a reference lot of nepotism Seniors are insecure from juniors who do good work whereas there is a difference of 4 posts between junior and senior
