I must say that when it's comes to give salary . They never disappoint employee . Salary get credited in account on 30th or 31st .

Dislikes

Every year when it come to give increment to employee . Company goes in loss 😂😂😂😂. Employee who keep good relation with top management or managers gets promotion and good increment. Iis a secure job. And every facility are there like medical insurance,vehical expenseces separately, very good leave policy(55 leave yearly). Work pressure not there.

Dislikes

Only one thing I dont like that is salary increament & Growth is not good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
