Everything from top to bottom. Fraud company policy, before accepting offer letter they will not tell you that you will be in probation period for 3 months. In 3 months if you don't achieve the target they will terminate you. Seniors are too arrogant and they will not support you a bit. They don't want to listen employees problem. Training sessions are the worst I have ever seen. Training manager don't have any knowledge about sales or insurance. Work life balance is second to none.
