In your particular case, we unfortunately caught you red-handed passing confidential information to a distributor. Additionally, we have been in touch with you regarding matters stuck with our channel partner, and you had promised to resolve these issues. We are surprised by the remarks you have made without providing any facts related to your irresponsibility in this matter. It is important to note that an integral part of the F&F process is obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the distributor. The NOC serves as official confirmation that there are no pending disputes or liabilities between the employee and the distributor. It is crucial to highlight that the NOC is not related to personal liability but focuses on any outstanding material or payments that may be stuck due to intentional or unintentional actions. We emphasize that if the company incurs losses due to an employee's incorrect approach or actions, it is expected that the employee will take responsibility to resolve the issue to some extent.
