In your particular case, we unfortunately caught you red-handed passing confidential information to a distributor. Additionally, we have been in touch with you regarding matters stuck with our channel partner, and you had promised to resolve these issues. We are surprised by the remarks you have made without providing any facts related to your irresponsibility in this matter. It is important to note that an integral part of the F&F process is obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the distributor.
