Overall this company equals to a garbage. No learning from work in vehicle architecture. Full of politics and favourism. Present senior employees cant accept the higher packages received by lateral joinees. So they try to humiliate people and make them underperform. Dont teach new things or provide support in project activities. Steal the credits for our work. Keep their initial for the baby we gave birth. ( I mean the patent ideas). Simply toxic culture. This company has a typical indian work culture and i always feel that i work in a rto office ... nothing moves to next table unless you are favourable to them ... if u r a new joiner u need to get these so called Seniors bajji bonda during break hours and u need to drop them and their family in ur car even though they have theirs ... u need to admit that they are more intelligent than you and ur level of skills will be always suppressed ... if u have any ideas for co.pany improvement ... cost saving ideas ... it will be stolen in front of you and without any shame they will file the patent in their name ... people with zero tech knowledge and there more in middle management like the same and they expect you to do the same ... in very short it is a typical govt co.pany where favourism works rather than skills ......Read More

Office Politics at peak - no inclusiveness shown for other states employees. No transperant conversations from senior management team to the team members. Micromanaged by some managers in some verticals. Hikes and promotions are decided on feedback of others, employees are not approached before. Notifications are not communicated properly.
