Internal Cultural at ISIT was the worst full of Politics, and bossy behaviors. Talent doesn't matter here they just need-blind followers and they don't listen to you.

Very less work load for above managers so have lot of time to spend

Dislikes

Groupism is high and more influence for people close to top management. Example one GM who doesn't have proper educational background is close to MD and controlling all departments. Highly corrupted with suppliers have no action from compliance team as he is close to MD. Whereas, normal people are targeted with compliance action for negligible topics
