Working under Production engineering ,You may face not politics, they making own rule, During Hybrid work way - many manage putting unnecessary performance as they pushing employee to come office.

Job security => Good Work Culture => Very good work culture with lot of funs internally apart from the work hours. Management => Always depends on manager (Few indian managers were narrow minded when compare with French or Japanese) Company policies => Very good and you can't see the benefits given by RNTBCI in other companies.

Dislikes

Training => Always OJT Career growth => Depends on your manager and team profile Salary/Appraisal => Decent Learning => OJT always give great learning Work environment => Very good Work life balance => Very bad (Depends on team)
