Management Mindset needs to be directed in a right path. Irrespective of a good team & colleagues all the good work done will be ineffective. I'd suggest management's decision making skill needs to be enhanced.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
