Work life balance ok , but under pressure with CL and PL everyone is suffering, tour her for Assitant Managers and Senior Engineers role people from the Deputy Managers and Mangers role leads, they will not satisfy at all our work keep on they will expecting 200% then how we get Work life balance , then Obviously salary will not getgood hike, culture also not fine, might be ok in Job security I am not sure they will forcefully giving Limited Performance to 30% employees not to give Good Hikes, 40% they will give Sting Contribution this is the basic rating they won’t give Execllenrlt and one more 1 rating...Read More

Overall this company equals to a garbage. No learning from work in vehicle architecture. Full of politics and favourism. Present senior employees cant accept the higher packages received by lateral joinees. So they try to humiliate people and make them underperform.
