One of the sub-standard companies in the Automobile sector Work - you'll get all junk + sub-standard + no-brainer data entry work from JPN/EUR/US Work-Life - If you're a guy, please be ready to work for extended hours, toxic ppl in RNTBCI are never happy to let u go on time. Work life balance is really good. Overall Work culture is good, but depends on the reporting manager.

Dislikes

HR BPs are not effective. Better policies on variable compensation can be brought for resigning employees. With the current policy, there is a high probability that you may not receive VC despite working for entire financial year.
