I had a wonderful experience there but before covid-19 my training period is came to an end.

Yes we couldn't grow our career further there .. Before joining there we thought that's our platform to grow our career but none of them where selected next level. The company need only work from us so they didn't cared for our career growth.

Good MNC company. Worked at production department in body shop ,well trained in spot weld and body quality inspection. Good working environment and i learn quality of car body's,spot weld checking . Believing in teamwork , hard work in nature and willingness to learn and manageral skills development .overall i love Renault Nissan

Depend upon the dealer where I am working, Investment on spare parts was main concern and being in remote location with various crises among citizen and community usually affect on economy blockage and make late to receive spare parts and everything is depend upon.
