For all activities system and procedure available. Job security

Too much of documents which not able to follow. 10 year experienced technicians will get more salary than same years experienced supervisor. Production side engineer and teamleader need to 100% even in lunch and tea break. But shift end they will be questioned like why they are not done their supervisor role. Not focusing on improve sales, focusing on manpower reduction.

Promotions/ Appraisal are biased by managers The person who is working for Manager / GM personally they will get all perks like free work hours, good hike without even working, promotion and skill development The one who works hard gets nothing in return

Depend upon the dealer where I am working, Investment on spare parts was main concern and being in remote location with various crises among citizen and community usually affect on economy blockage and make late to receive spare parts and everything is depend upon. Dealer principal whether he keeps his employee in good shape conditionally.
