Caught up in toxic environment

I joined Renault Nissan Tech as a enthusiastic engineer. My confidence levels dropped from day 1. All managers and colleagues are very toxic. Favoritism is very common. DGM is a micromanager Kindly suggest alternatives within Chennai. It is demanded by supervisor to address them as Sir/San/Madam rather than their names. Late night requests from lady Manager on maternity work from home.
