Even though Company location is far from city , It's location is beautiful with well structured roads and trees. Career in Rntbci depends on team which u will be working. I had some balanced work but at times it might get hectic.

1)Please never join this company unless you want yourself to get into trouble. I have been working here for past 7 years and only got promotion for the first 3 years. 2)If you want to grow in this company you need to have a political background, if you know what i mean. 3)Only DGM and the higher hierarchy are given importance and others are left like street dogs. 4)Top management never understands the struggles that other employees are facing like the laptop given by the company is hardly usable as the fan starts to blow up even when a basic tool like Microsoft office is being used, and the higher management do take REVENGE on other employees for simple issues by not giving them promotion and by giving poor rating. 5)If you get a poor rating twice then you get FIRED for sure. And they still want you to work for more than 10 hours and even on weekends "without any extra pay." 6)But the people who need to get fired are those in top management who do such political acts. 7)If you would still want to join this company then you are affecting your own career. The company itself doesn't make much revenue to pay their own employees and is already under debt. 8)This is the undeniable reality. 9)I hope I have given you a clear view about this company. 10)There is no point in regretting after you join....Read More
