I would consider myself fortunate that i get a chance to work with Religare Finvest corporate office, here i met some wonderful co-workers who are now lifelong friends. The company motivate and appreciate its employee to bring new ideas and approach for improvisation. If you have the potential you can get ample opportunities to learn and accelerate your career in this company.

Dislikes

The only downside is ineffective HR, they do very little for employees welfare and have double standards towards junior level employees, the training sessions or workshops is just for show-off. Only your desire/passion to learn a new skill will get you recognition, don't expect support from seniors.
