all they care is target and numbers.quality dont matter for them all they need is quantity.all are opening account for refer and earn of 500rs amazon voucher after getting the voucher account closure mails are been sent.the client in return dont even provide 100rs via brokerage or any charges.no job security if seniors command not followed the doors are opened right away.during this pandemic didnt provide bonus no hike in ctc all working in same ctc but expecting high yeilds as if rich ctc provided huge bonus given.No proper arrangement provided for WFH culture.many things to say but cant because earning my bread and butter from this company....Read More
