Company may be doing well in financials but the people who runs are very well cheap politics and dirty cultures .. no respect at workplace. The cluster managers seem to be the boss of the company as they behave .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
