There is a lot of politics going on here. And here there is linguistic discrimination. They get the maximum amount of work done. Eight hours of work is said but 14 hours work means I was called to work at seven in the morning and left at nine in the evening only if I showed up otherwise I was not paid for that day. As I am a Marathi speaker, I have been pressured to leave my job due to Kannada Marathi discrimination. By telling lies with Jio fiber customers, they make drug on us to book Jio fiber. They can put lot pressure and targeting to every one to complete the monthly scheme. There are fixing the target not get achieved trichy is non metro city but they compare to metro city and fixing the target
