Lot of politics and Functional mangers shows their attitude and ego. On paper flexible timings but in actual 18 hours working hours. Management is very terrible in Planning department. Alot of pressure created by functional lead and behaviour is also rude and uneducated. Even in case of emergency and in death they did not provide the leaves and absconding the employee from their job. Pushpen karan, B.K Gupta and Nilesh jain are the three names for rude, attitude and egostic person. In 2-3 months more than 20 employess left their job and i am also an example for this. Even in pandemic (covid time) they didnot provide the wfh and they also send the employee in the field....Read More
