Teammates - Good and friendly environment Trainings - Not adequate trainings are being provided. JobSecurity - If you are a performing RM, you can continue to work for 2-3 years. But, I would not recommend this from a job security perspective. Career Growth - Not much. Salary/Appraisal - They do not give good appraisals at all. The highest appraisal in overall branch was less than 15% even after more than sufficient performance of the RMs. Politics - No politics. Good environment. Work Life Balance - Yes, it is there. Trainings are not adequately provided to understand different products or incentives on the products, due to which employees are not driven to generate business. Henceforth, it effects their performance and becomes difficult for them to survive in the organisation.
