1. Working on the tasks which are not related to you. 2. Work culture is worst, No standard procedures. 3. You should work here for straight 9hrs in a day. 4. Even though there is non working Saturday, Unfortunately if you have a holiday on Saturday they'll consider that as an Holiday which doesn't make any sense at all. 5. 24 leaves in year and you can carry 10 leaves forward to the next year. 6.
