Unprofessional HR, unprofessional payroll team, company don't have hierarchy, at age 50+ with more than 25 years of experience you have to work on bench that indicates no growth. In name of team you will be the only person in the team. Supporting department have more value than core department. 20% of salary goes in health insuranceand that's compulsory even if you personal policy which cost around 50000 rs. You will feel going in dark edges again as no knowledge improvement....Read More

The company has good competency development programs and plenty of other programs where you can develop your skills and which help you grow as an individual.

The salary/appraisal was not satisfactory though the company is performing exceptionally well on all fronts. The managers are not open to new ideas and are rigid in their stance about implementing new things.
