Reliance is simply a political organisation, a good corporate politician can only survive, training is horrible, it is absolutely like in a central jail. The office staffs are very arrogant to the colleagues, the worst corporate in the world.

Corporate politics is the first and foremost dis likable part, it determines one's survival and promotion in the organisation, irrespective of his role and responsibility. A defined caste system always rules this bloody organisation, particularly at the middle and top management level, it is the first deciding factor for the promotion.
