Job security is top level. Team work pays off as team members are very cooperative and understanding.

Pathetic management. Everything revolves around the CEO only. None of the line managers irrespective of whichever discipline are not allowed to take any decisions without consulting the CEO day in and day out. Extreme shortage of manpower n skilled manpower is an extinct species. Absurd deadlines to meet Market demands are made and people are literally tortured and threatened to meet them daily. Work from home is crime and people are terminated if they fail to report even if their productivity it top level from home. Management sees as WFH as waste of money to people. Totally low grade mentality. Pay structure is very very poor. Profits earned are only used in building of new construction sites. Very dirty water provided for drinking as filters of purifiers are not changed for years. Also tea/coffee are charged and the vending machines are out of service for more than 15 days in a month. Work Details

Absolutely no work life balance. Managers force their employees to keep their personal life abay as long as they are employed the organisation. Again this is a management style of getting more than 100% from employee when in and out of office
