The job is quite interesting.lstruggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training dassiin.l learnt everything on the job .l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helpedme get a taste of different roles within thesame team

Too much irritating SOP maintain. All sales persons feel them self, somehow feel call center, sales executive, security gard,thief also! No exact timeing to final store close. Nothing is likable things here.. higher management not maintain grooming standard as per HR policy but they told everyone to maintain grooming standard... Example u can see Mr Abhiram ( cluster manager ) and Ashwin ( Regional manager)... This people always favour to Udupi and Mangalore side people.. they do partiality
