I worked here in o&m. Plant: Energy centre, Patalganga, petro), MIDC, Navi-Mumbai Management is good but plant level micro-management is totally disappointing. Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. He targets particular persons not supporting his dirty politics & create trouble for them to survive. Site has suffered a lot due to his behaviour. Lack of clarity & over pressurising subordinates has created severe incidents. Few incidents are highlighted promptly as well as few are hidden by misguiding central investigation team.
