Good thing about Reliance is, if you are working at lower level likes sales or fashion consultant , timely salary credit, almost fixed 9 working hours, learn while you earn(applicable only if you work for long time), health or life insurance benefits.

Dislikes

No promotions if you are not a boot licker, appraisals are minimum, often change of work place, and sometimes transfer of work department, which will make you previous experience zero and you have to start from zero level in new department regardless of how much experience you have. Management sucks at reliance industries limited. Especially the Human Resources department. They are the goons and puppets at the hands of management....Read More
