Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. He targets particular persons not supporting his dirty politics & create trouble for them to survive. Site has suffered a lot due to his behaviour. Lack of clarity & over pressurising subordinates has created severe incidents. Few incidents are highlighted promptly as well as few are hidden by misguiding central investigation team. Employees are being threatened by MR. Prerak trivedi to expose ground realities against higher management.
