Very compassionate to their employe. You can shine here,management is extremely transparent. World class facilities in term of medical support,gaming etc.company policies are fair and matching to class.

If you are capable and competitive then there is no issue.you need to live & passionate.humm... promotion issue need to address in more professional way.

Its a great journey for me to associate with RIl. I got ample opportunities to explore myself. I have secured great confidence & knowledge to sustain and drive myself in any situation.
