Brand value is very nice due to which haven't face problems like moral dissatisfaction . Salary is on time.Opportuniy to learn new skills etc.

Dislikes

Traveling allowance is very poor and no proper planning by the management to improve and high sales volume because of unskilled manpower.The cooperation of reporting head is zero and time to time I face discrimination from t.s.m.

There is a lot of politics and the senior management doesn't address our problems.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
