Less recognition and company hires employees on fixed term basis even you have all skills so no job security is there.

●If u r a hardworking person this company is not for u. Your work will not get appraised by your seniors. Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
