Example reliance retail is going to close cause of this attitude....Ambani family need to look into.🧐 This I don't like but I have put in more like cause of attention 🤭😭

It's safety measures and documentation for everything even for little things, accommodation

Accomodation is provided for from the workplace daily it willtake 1hr 40 min morning and 2hrs in evening due to heavy traffic. No promotion No value for new ideas Good salary on paper but very less in-hand after cutting Very less increment

Being from retail Background today there are very few competition so I m forced to work in Reliance to earn my living.

Frequent policy changes...They think SLP TEAM as eye of company and All employees are thieves...They leave shoplifter burden store managers with all the shrink and losses. Even loss prevention team blames to the operation team mere Ridiculous with contradict policy...They jump to new projects without proper pros and cons..and blame to team management.

Toxic work culture in JWC . Wont advixe even my enemy to join. Management has zero skill in managing the team on a big event. They thing more the hand on the deck the better and for that they will make you work 12-14 hours a shift including nights for 2-3 months straight leading to the big event. Pathetic in case of Engineering team. The dictatorship of the HOD is horrendous. He will swear at you or may slap while team leads will merely glee at the view. He will at his whim take away the Entitled weekoffs or make things bad . He is not fit for such a position. Do not ever go to Jio world center even on Reliance payroll. you will sell all working there as sad souls roaming around...Read More
