I worked here in o&m. Plant: Energy centre, Patalganga, petro), MIDC, Navi-Mumbai Management is good but plant level micro-management is totally disappointing. Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. He targets particular persons not supporting his dirty politics & create trouble for them to survive. Site has suffered a lot due to his behaviour. Lack of clarity & over pressurising subordinates has created severe incidents. Few incidents are highlighted promptly as well as few are hidden by misguiding central investigation team. Employees are being threatened by MR. Prerak trivedi to expose ground realities against higher management. He believes that if someone raises complaints against him it will remain totally ineffective....Read More

Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.

Nothing is likeable here, The CEO & WTD of this company made my life hell during my pregnancy, he alongwith some insensitive employees of the company, who are working here for more that 5 years tortured me mentally and made me to do up and down through stairs atleast 20 times a day, so that i do not claim my maternity benefit and give resignation just before the day i was about to go for maternity leave. and i further got to know that same thing happened with another female employee, who was working here before me. The management of this company is such that they even hide the magzine/newspaper to deduct 25 rs. of the newspaperprovider and they reduce fixed cost of the company to curtail cost. there is no increment in this company, you will be fired if u ask for increment....Read More
