●If u r a hardworking person this company is not for u. Your work will not get appraised by your seniors. All the senior management is in the race of taking credits of others and putting blames on their juniors. ●Rating is one of the wonderful things happen with me. My boss gave me 'A+' rating in front of me and mailed it to his seniors for my performance and HR and business team convert it into 'B'. So In this company the management is the weekest part. This review is basically site specific and site is Reliance -PMD (patalganga manufacturing division) plant : Energy Centre “Unprofessional work environment with poor leadership” Production manager MR. Prerak Trivedi who is very rude & frequently misbehaves with subordinates. He Plays GUJJU-MARATHI politics & favouritism which demoralise whole team. He intentionally disturbs social life of targeted employees by showing them indisciplined. He forced many subordinates to apply LWPs even in medical emergency & other situations. No one wish to work under him as he always tortures employee to satisfy his own ego. Mental harassment of people is his favourite job irrespective of age & position of employee. He always used to threaten employees by misusing power of his position. He has totally lack of technical understanding caused series of serious incident including boiler drum incident. After incident he forced people to give wrong statements to incident investigation team. Also forces team to create trouble for maintenance team & in certain cases promotes wrong reporting at site level. With help of few colleagues, he always manipulate management about real situation & condition of plant. Also due to his mistake HOD had to suffer by loosing his position after incident. People in team are always searching for opportunities elsewhere due to his behaviour. Many people resigned due to this environment. No new joinees are there & due to that team is strained by doing double shift in a day frequently. After joing of new HOD (DEC-2023) things are getting better & hope so it will help to develop productive work environment....Read More

Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
