Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Every thing was good when i working in RIL , but due to some politics by the boss and staff members i have lost the job. Because my reporting was different in system. My reporting boss and boss i portal was different so the company play's a big game with me, and finally my contract was not extended. No one is unsetisfied with my work but still i am fired.
