Otherwise work in J level you never be expect respects or good increment. Increament is also be change by site by site. Best location for working in reliance is Jamnagar and dahej.

Company culture excellent. Teammates were really great. Training part was also good. Management always focus on employees to keep update with all development and technology also.

Work life balance was challenging as manpower was the main concern.
