Main point of disliking is that experienced old employees always get lesser compensation than the new. This creates a sense of frustration among old existing employees. I had to.leave because one of the employees was not liking my stay. I was not given any opportunity to defend my conduct. Team mates were cooperative, variety of training programs, absolute job security, career growth poor, salary was good, politics not much work environment was comfortable, only technical people enjoyed innovations in the organisation.
