Education for child of employees now has been stopped from 2014. Before 2014 it was avail free education but now it take charges. That is not good for us also transport not free

Currently im working in a company that offers not much growth in my career and working culture is not good. I have been with this company for past 6 months. I have received an offer from another reputed company with a slight increase in the package. Will it be good decision if i shift to the new company. It's one of best work place for me. I started my career with RIL and my journey was amazing with RIL. I am totally happy with my growth, salary, work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Rating system is I think minus point for current situation. Because everyone giving their best for the goal(fortune 50) of company. Anyway people may have their own opinion. But I got the right rating for whatever I work with RIL.
