●If u r a hardworking person this company is not for u. Your work will not get appraised by your seniors. All the senior management is in the race of taking credits of others and putting blames on their juniors. ●Rating is one of the wonderful things happen with me. Work culture is quite toxic. The managers are quick to overburden you with responsibilities and tasks and even quicker to pin the blame in case anything goes wrong. There is always so much pressure to handle so kuch work load with less manpower. Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
