Salary decrement i started working on Oct 2020 every December the decrease 400 rupees I am working since 2 years and they decrease my salary every December so I am getting salary less than 800 rupees when I joined and there is no salary increment you will getting salary decrement.

Work culture is quite toxic. The managers are quick to overburden you with responsibilities and tasks and even quicker to pin the blame in case anything goes wrong. There is always so much pressure to handle so kuch work load with less manpower. Example reliance retail is going to close cause of this attitude....Ambani family need to look into.🧐 This I don't like but I have put in more like cause of attention 🤭😭

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
