Team lead and other team members are very gentle and helpful.

The work culture at this company is the worst I’ve ever seen. The manager and studio head are cunning egotistical and sophisticated towards everyone lacking praise. The senior on my project is disgusting with annoying behaviour constantly poking me for every little thing. I’ve been harassed and tortured by him and the manager facinginsults in front of everyone for minor reasons. Overall atmosphere in the company is so toxic and if you attempt to voice your concerns, they attempt to intimidate and target you, subjecting you to mental torture. The coerced you into engaging in time wasting activities for their benefit, such as securing a salary hike. if you will resist, they will attempt to undermine you and pressure you into submitting a resignation letter.
