Working experience good in company..and teammate also good in nature or we work together and enjoy every moment . Jamnagar refinary is the good platform to push ur level mentally and physically and improve ur skill. My overall experience is good

Job security i dislike in reliance . And the growth incomes is quite slow and the worst case in industry work hours i have work 14 to 16 hours in a day . In reliance wages are quite low according there work u gave 8hours ,16hours to industry but they gave u low wages and the higher staff do not appreciate u r hard work..

My work is hard and challenge and but i enjoyed my work bcoz in love it but sometimes there are lost of pressure but i never afraid such of that things . I am focus and work push my body at high level to done the work .
