We have largest infra in india

Too much Bedbug in colony. We have largest infra but we don't have necessary and simple tools. Terrible work culture. I couldn't found a single person who was not cheated by HR. You will be told thing after your joining. SO don't join based on Offer letter but appointment letter. NO Job security NO promotion NO increment No life at living area.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
