It's very disgusting and very pathetic to deliver in such nonsense scenario. Where ground reality are not being addressed. Undue pressure. No personal life.... No skill development. .... No future for any type of development.

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
