The company is very unethical they do not help there employee in this period & also wants resignation very force fully no one in the company for help as on date we are fight for our Provident fund amount. Modi ji also help to Ambani. At the time of Covid Reliance forcely wants resignation for max employee at this time all the employee are searching for Jobs but no any jobs are in market. what is modi ji done for the employees. Generally my work is to maintain all the Channel Partners belongs to Madhya pradesh, Chattisgarh & Orissa but as per our knowledge noany channel partners are working bcos Reliance not paid there commision & then we are doing collection from MPCGO

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
