company HR is excellent , and i am resigned from this organisation from 2016 due to my reporting manager not under standing my duties

reporting management from Bangalore and never under stand my geographical situation relating to job. Especially my they compare with Bangalore business.

I am done normal business in my place and met the performance compare with other companies . But my management system not agreed what i did in my area. They started pressure for unnecessary reasons .At last i am resigned fro the organisation .

Firstly i think if 3P is available then any company will be happy for performance 3 P means P-Production P-Punctuality P Professionalism and every time I maintained my 3P and the best thing is that always i get more then 3time incentives of my salary in reliance and other companies due to good production or sales and my aim is that i am not work for only salary i always work for production so that if company get profit due to my work then definitely company provide me big incentives...Read More
