Project team influenced totally by Business team which don't have any expertise in project field. Also for smaller issues they try to issue show cause notice for employe to give explanation and than try to terminate based on issued showing cause notice procedure. This company sucks. There is no culture. Every one has their own business targets which is un realistic. Every employe is concerned about their own and .

Doing nothing is better than joining here. I don't know how such a big company has such very low cultural and ethical values. Every one is concerned about their own job safety. And new joiners are treated like S***. There are no work hours and some suggest working late nights and on sundays. Slavery is glamorized. With un natural and un achievable targets.
